1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and PinnedPros LLC, which operates LEDVRA. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate registration information.
2. What LEDVRA provides
LEDVRA provides software for organizing financial activity, reviewing bookkeeping decisions, maintaining ledger records, and generating reports. LEDVRA is not a bank, accounting firm, tax preparer, payroll provider, investment adviser, or law firm. Features, supported institutions, file types, and provider availability may change.
3. Your account and access
You are responsible for authorized users, a strong unique password, multi-factor authentication when available, recovery codes, and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share security credentials with support or other users.
4. Your records and approvals
You control and remain responsible for the information you enter, upload, connect, categorize, approve, post, export, and use. Review statement identity, dates, balances, transaction treatment, ledger entries, and reports. Maintain independent copies of records needed for business, tax, or legal purposes. You grant LEDVRA the limited rights needed to store and process your content to provide the service.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plan features and public prices appear on the Pricing page. The secure checkout shows the final charge, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms before purchase. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal. Except when required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Cancelling renewal does not itself close your account or immediately delete records.
6. AI guidance and connected services
AI output and automated extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and do not replace your review. LEDVRA does not post AI suggestions without the approval required by the workflow. Third-party services such as banks, bank-linking providers, payment processors, and AI providers have their own terms and may be unavailable or change independently.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use LEDVRA unlawfully; access another person’s account; bypass security or usage controls; upload malicious, infringing, or deceptive material; probe or disrupt the service; misrepresent generated records; or use the service to facilitate fraud. We may investigate, restrict, or suspend activity presenting a legal, security, or operational risk.
8. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, security events, or changes to law may affect operation. We may improve, replace, or retire features and will provide notice of material changes when required.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, LEDVRA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. PinnedPros LLC is not responsible for decisions made from unreviewed suggestions, inaccurate user-provided information, unavailable third-party services, or failure to keep independent copies. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted according to applicable law.
10. Suspension, closure, and contact
Access may be restricted for nonpayment, prohibited use, suspected compromise, or legal requirements. You may request account closure; a 30-day recovery period applies before scheduled deletion, subject to retention duties described in the Privacy Policy. Before leaving, export important records and separately cancel any paid renewal.
