One is counted only when LEDVRA successfully returns an answer, a categorization, an explanation or a reading. A technical failure does not count as completed usage. A document is up to 10 pages; longer statements count once per 10 pages.
Yes. Available changes, effective dates, prices, and renewal terms are shown before confirmation. Renewal can be cancelled through the secure billing portal.
No immediate deletion occurs merely because renewal is cancelled. Access and retention follow the Terms and Privacy Policy. You can export records before closing an account.
